I won't lie. When I see a car like that I do think the driver is probably an asshole. Lol Though I see more asshole BMW and SUV drivers.

and sport bikes.

I would go up there but my National Park Pass just expired.

Are you planning on getting another? Feels good to escape the city at times here in central Cali.

I will at some point, they are $80. I did get my money's worth on my last pass; went to 6 national parks last year. I'm going to Yosemite again at the end of the month but I'm getting in for free as a volunteer. I'll get another pass on my next trip.

Nice. I think I've seen you post on the 7th gen Corolla forum once or twice. I have the same user name also.

Eff gas.  8)

2013 Nissan LEAF S.

Would trade for a Fiat 500e, Chevy Spark EV, or maybe even a Kia Soul EV in a blink of an eye, though. The pussy on wheels appearance just doesn't do well for me... :P

I went to buy a Tesla a couple months ago but was really disappointing that half of the features they say their current car has aren't released yet and that they won't get released until they release their new car at the end of the year.   To which I told the salesman in our test drive, "If I can't have access to any of those features until the new car comes out why would I buy an old car now?"  He said, "Because you'll get them when the new one comes out."    He wasn't the brightest bulb and I just passed on it.

Also, they said modifying the in-console computer voids the cars warranty but that it is missing significant features that open source would be able to provide easily.

It was such a let down.

One feature Tesla has now that Tesla will never not have: it drives without any gas, ever, because it doesn't have an engine.

That's all I really care about in a car... that, and it goes fast.  8)

That's true, but so does your leaf and it cost $100k less.  I'm far more likely to buy a leaf than I am a tesla.

Get one. Used LEAFs go for like $15k or so, even at the dealers.  ;D
