Notification e-mails

Working on fixing the notification e-mails coming from this site.  I did not have my host on my SPF record so many  mail systems will block the e-mails.

It sounds like running a board is incredibly more complex than us mere users can imagine.

Yeah I still don't think it is working right, will need to do more research.
