How to talk to a "boss" about an issue?

If you read the "work sucks sometimes" thread you know of my terrible Saturday night at work. Biggest issue is with only one CSS at the moment. I think we're going to meet up this week at work to figure things out so we don't kill each other.

How do I talk to her? What do I say without making things worse? I think there are some serious work issues at play. I don't think anybody will be fired kinda thing but we do have to work with each other.

Solution: you need to be promoted.

Just be clam and truthful; don't point a finger at anyone.

It's really hard for me to not point fingers for some reason.

So far it hasn't. I think we're kind of avoiding each other. Lol We haven't interacted in 2 weeks.

In the last week or so we've started communicating again. Which is a good thing since we have to work together. Still haven't talked to her about anything though. Though I think she's put it behind her.
