In an effort to keep everyone aware of new posts I have enabled e-mail notifications for every topic you have started or replied to.

You know you can change the settings to only send notifications once a day right?

I was messing with the settings again today; it might have been turned back on.

If you want all notifications to stop you have to clear out the list of topics on the notification settings page.
