How did you like Austin? I was there for a little over 2 years. Hated the summer humidity.

I loved dirty 6th street.

Their vodka, Titos, is awful.   That whole city is delusional for thinking it's good.   I don't care if it's a local, homemade vodka, it sucks.

I never tried Titos. The place I liked on 6th st was Ropolos Pizza. Obviously for the pizza.

Well dropped out of college due to lack of interest / let the wife finish her degree
Worked for apple for 5 years
Worked for Sanger unified for 3 years
Currently work for a large hospital system as the Mac enterprise systems admin
Got married
Lost 250lbs
Three dogs
Bought a house
I'll be a dad in early July

Moved to Arcata in 2008, graduated from Humboldt State in 2010

Worked at a smoke shop for 6 years while also teaching kickboxing & various exercise classes for the city rec. department during 3 of those years, quit both about 6 months ago

Now I work mostly as a cashier/night stocker at a health food store, but also have been a personal trainer & fitness instructor at a boxing gym for the last 2 years

Not married, no kids... Boyfriend has a 7-year-old, so that's enough for me

Born and raised in southern California, just east of Los Angeles (or "Smog Angeles", as that was a very smoggy time for the Los Angeles Basin).
I received a BS in Physics in 1976.
I worked for a couple consulting firms from 1976 to early 1980 doing computer programming.
In Spring 1980 I moved to Oregon.
From late 1980 to early 2011 I worked at the local community college.
I retired March 1, 2011.
In July 2019 I have plans to marry the woman who completes me. (Actually, 20 minutes after I told her I was a confirmed bachelor she proposed to me.)
